This option is not available for all countries. If you choose this option you will need to be at the place of delivery when your purchase arrives in order to sign for it. PO Box delivery is available within the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cook Islands, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Uruguay, United States of America, and Vanuatu. Once shipped you can expect to receive your T-shirt within 12 Days.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS COURIER
If you choose this option you will need to be at the place of delivery when your purchase arrives in order to sign for it. PO Box delivery is NOT available. Once shipped you can expect to receive your T-shirt within 8 days.
Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit Remnant will either replace or refund the item, however, if the item can be traced to have arrived at it’s final destination, Remnant is not liable for it. We can post up to three T-shirts per package. If more than three T-shirts are purchased you will be charged extra delivery fees accordingly.
Exchanges and Returns:
All sales are final, that is, we do not offer size exchanges, credit or change-of-mind refunds, due to the labour intensive process of making and hand dyeing garments. Manufacturing times can vary between 3-5 working days. Please check and double check your size and purchase carefully. In the rare event that damaged or faulty goods are received, contact us within five days from the day the item is received and we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Import taxes, custom duties and fees:
Remnant is not liable for any import taxes, custom duties or fees that may apply to the delivery of your order.
Payment:
All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand law. All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage costs, via credit card. Only one payment transaction can be made per order. All prices listed on the website are in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card. The payment system used by Remnant is Paymate. You don’t need to register to pay for your purchases. Your financial details are held securely and not shared with Remnant. Paymate assesses sellers, buyers and every transaction to assess the risk.
